Pipe insulation is a thermal or acoustics insulation used on pipework. We provide pipe insulation caters to suits various application with various materials.
The objective of providing the insulation can be summarized as follows:
- Condensation Control
- Pipe Freezing
- Energy saving
- Protection against extreme temperature
- Control of noise
Based on the functional requirements, the insulation materials can be classified into 2 types; Hot or Cold. Hot Insulation: Used on hot surface for energy saving and or protection against extreme heat. These insulations are suitable for thermal insulation, fire protection and sound reduction. Hot insulation we offer: – Calcium Silicate, Rockwool. Cold Insulation: Used on cold surface for condensation control and or cold conservation. These insulations have characteristics of low thermal conductivity. Cold insulation we offer: – Polyurethane Chemical Foam, Melamine Foam etc
