REMOVABLE THERMAL INSULATION BLANKET
Removable thermal insulation blanket is used to insulate engine parts, exhaust piping and/or generator. These insulation blankets are often used to reduce the heat that such parts generate.
HOW ARE THEY FABRICATED:
3 layers are used in a standard removable insulation blanket; they are the outer layer, middle medium, and the inner layer. Adding on, we offer a wide range of alternative materials and fabrication for applications that require alternative fabrication methods.
Materials that may be used for the outer layer are Fiberglass Cloth that has service ranging temperature ranging from 500 °F (260 °C) to 1500 °F (815 °C).
As for the middle medium, we may classify into hot and cold application.

How are they installed:
The removable blankets are fastened using fasteners upon installation on the machine/engine parts. Different fasteners (For example; Lacing Hook/Velcro/Spring/Straps) are available depending on the application.
